The Class of 2006 is the last class to graduate from the current building before the remodel begins.
Graduation ceremonies for Garfield are not held on-site, however.
We usually use either Seahawks Stadium or Safeco Field for graduation ceremonies. |

What events are being planned to say goodbye to the "old Garfield" in 2006? |

While we haven't yet formed specific plans to say goodbye to the old building,
the
Garfield High School Foundation
and a number of alumni groups are excited to work with our students, staff, parents, and community
to give our building a proper send-off.
This building has great historic relevance to our greater Seattle community, and we are definitely going to celebrate! |
